Stress Tips for Moms from a 5 Year Old

Listen up, moms. My name is Race (my little boy) and this is Tigie. We’re going to share oils with you today to help you not be so crazy. Kids are crazy, but moms are more crazier.

First is Peace and Calming. It helps you be peaceful and calm. Let’s smell it (sniff . . .  deep inhale). I can use this on myself, too.

The next one is Stress Away. It’s helpful for your stress, so you don’t get so stressed out. Let’s smell it (sniff . . .  deep inhale). This is my oil! This is my oil! I have to put some on Tigie because he gets stressed out, too. It smells like cookies, mmmmm! Okay, little Tigie, how do you feel?

The next one is Tangerine. This one helps you be happy.

“Because I’m happy. Clap along if you feel . . .”

No. I’m never going to sing that! Tangerine will help you see the good in the day. It will help you find your joy. Okay, moms? You got me?

Hey, moms. Let me ask you a question. Do you need some hope? I got some here in this bottle. Want some? Let’s try a little Hope. 

Hey, moms. I understand. We’re a lot of work. But there’s hope. Just relax. Breathe in the oils. 

Listen, moms. We’re not going to be little forever. You will get through this. You’re doing a great job. You’re awesome. Now, pause and sniff a oil.

I’m going to show you a trick to be happy. If you’re feeling a little down, a little stressed, there’s a simple thing you can do. It’s one thing. You can’t be mad and you can’t be grumpy. You can’t be frustrating after you do this one thing. Smile! Thank you very much, people. Bye bye.
